Qupon – Delete Account & Data
⚠️ Important: Requesting account deletion is permanent
and cannot be undone. Please read all information below before
proceeding.
How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your Qupon account and associated data, please follow
these steps:

Send an email to our support team at
businessqupon@gmail.com

Subject line: "Account Deletion Request - [Your
Phone Number or Email]"

Include in your email:
- Your registered phone number or email address
- Full name associated with your account

Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
- Reason for deletion (optional)

Alternative method: Call our Customer Care at
+91 9121289189 and request account deletion (you
will need to verify your identity)

Verification: Our team will verify your identity
before processing the deletion request

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email
once your account deletion is initiated
Processing Time
Upon receiving and verifying your deletion request, Qupon will delete
your account and associated personal data within
7 business days. You will receive a
confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, Qupon will permanently delete the
following information:
- Phone number
- Email address
- Profile information and user settings
- Payment details (bank account/UPI information if linked)
- Uploaded coupon data
- Purchase history
- Account preferences and settings
- All user-generated content
What Data May Be Retained
In certain circumstances, Qupon may be required to retain certain data
for legal, regulatory, or operational purposes:

Legal obligations: Transaction records required by
law (e.g., financial regulations, tax compliance) may be retained as
mandated by applicable Indian laws

Dispute resolution: Data related to ongoing
disputes, investigations, or legal proceedings may be retained until
resolution

Security purposes: Logs related to security
incidents or fraud prevention may be retained for a limited period
as required by law

Aggregated analytics: Non-personal, anonymized,
aggregated data used for analytics purposes (does not identify you
individually)
Any retained data will be kept only for the minimum period required by
law and will not be used for any other purpose.
Additional Retention Period
If data must be retained for legal or regulatory compliance, it will be
kept for the minimum period required by applicable Indian laws,
typically not exceeding 7 years from the date of
account deletion, after which it will be permanently destroyed.
Before You Delete Your Account
Please consider the following:

Outstanding transactions: Complete any pending
transactions or withdrawals before requesting deletion

Active coupons: If you have active coupon listings,
they will be removed from the platform

Earnings: Ensure all earnings have been withdrawn to
your linked bank account or UPI

Irreversible action: Account deletion cannot be
undone. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use Qupon
again in the future
